  • Governance

    At Lindridge Primary School, our governors play a vital role in leading the strategic direction of the school and are committed to providing the highest standards of education for each pupil.

    The role of the full governing body is to:

    1. provide strategic leadership and accountability, ensuring clarity of vision, ethos, and strategic direction;
    2. hold the Headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils;
    3. oversee the financial performance of the school, making sure its money is well spent.

    Mrs Meryl Roberts is our Chair of Governors. If you have any questions you would like to ask, please contact her via the School Office on 01584 881466 or by email office@lindridge.worcs.sch.uk. Mrs Jenna Skyrme is our Vice-chair of Governors.

    Our governing body is made up of parents, staff, local authority and community representatives.

    We have a Finance, Staffing & Premises Committee which meets approx. half-termly and a Curriculum Committee that meets once a term.

    Finance, Staffing & Premises Committee is responsible for budget setting and monitoring, health and safety, and ensuring the building is well maintained.

    Curriculum, Ethos & Standards Committee is responsible for the school's curriculum, school improvement, and educational performance.
