The school’s admission number is 15 in any year group.

We hold an open day during the Autumn term each year. This year it is on Friday 6th November at 9.30am.  If you are unable to attend or have missed this, we like to say that every day is an open day at Lindridge St Lawrence CE Primary School.  Parents considering applying to the school are most welcome to visit with their children. In the event of your child being unsuccessful in securing a place, you have the right to appeal. Your appeal should be directed in writing to the Chair of the Governing Body, Lindridge St Lawrence CE Primary School, within twenty school days from the date of notification that your application was unsuccessful.

School Admissions Appeals

Parents and carers have the right to appeal against a decision not to offer their child a place at Lindridge St Lawrence Primary School.

Appeals must be submitted in writing by the deadline stated in the refusal letter. This deadline will allow appellants at least 20 school days from the date of notification that their application was unsuccessful to lodge an appeal.

The appeals process will operate within the following timescales:

• Appellants will be given a clear deadline for submitting any additional evidence in support of their appeal.
• The admission authority will be given a deadline for submitting its evidence to the appeal panel.
• The Clerk to the Appeal Panel will ensure that all relevant appeal papers are distributed to the panel members and all parties in advance of the hearing.
• Appellants will receive at least 10 school days' notice of the date, time and venue of their appeal hearing.
• Appeal hearings will be conducted by an independent appeal panel in accordance with the School Admission Appeals Code.
• Following the hearing, the panel's decision letter will be sent to appellants within five school days where possible.
